Code Blue Coding was founded in 2003 by Andrew K. Worthington, MD, CPC.

During his career in the private sector he became disillusioned with traditional CPC led coding training.  He felt that the courses were geared towards coding professionals rather than practitioners.

In response to these concerns he developed several E&M Coding training programs tailored specifically for physicians.

Today Code Blue Coding, led by Dr. Worthington and physician instructors, has trained thousands of physicians nationwide with the following results: improved compliance with a 10%–15% increase in revenue.

Robin Winer joined Code Blue Coding in 2004 and is responsible for customer development and relations. She is in charge of project management and long term strategic operations.

Robin is a former award-winning pharmaceutical specialty sales representative and pharmaceutical sales trainer. She has 20 years sales and marketing experience in the health care industry.
